Through the advice of this site I have filed an I-130 otherwise known as the Petition for Alien Relative form and the G-325A Biographic Information form on July 7, 2009 to the Chicago lockbox. It was received by the government on July 13th and sent to the California Service Center (CSC) to be processed.
